We Know Sunrises
Throughout the hockey season all across Canada parents and children will wake up early to make it to practice on time. We know that it’s just as much about commitment, as it is for the love of the game.
And Sunsets
Practice may take place on the ice in the early mornings with the team, but honing those skills doesn’t end there. It continues throughout day and many times into the evening in the driveway of many homes.
Held breaths, and skipped heartbeats
We’ve experienced that edge-of-your-seat excitement, looking on with held breath as the play moves towards the net, and the relief and exhileration as the puck slips past the goalie.
We Know Game time, overtime
There are few words that can be used to explain that feeling of intensity in the locker room before the big game. And, even fewer words to describe the feeling of going into an all-or-nothing overtime. We’ve been there and we know it.
And, maybe next time
We know that taking the perfect shot and beating the goalie is never easy, especially when he is at the top of his game.
We know where dreams begin, and that the love of the game never ends
The dream to play begins the day you lace up your first pair of skates. And, we know that through the years the friendships remain and so does the love for the game.
